The location is excellent, right in central Naples and handy if you want to enjoy the nightlife, but the rest of the stay was a mess. Neither of the two rooms we used was cleaned during our three nights there, and we only saw staff when we arrived to pay. Most of the replacement towels had blood stains, the sheets had lots of hair, and the bed was very noisy. One room also had a sewer smell that made the air hard to breathe.

We only just got home after two nights, and I'm already eager to come back with the whole family. The B&B is welcoming and lovely, very clean, and tucked into a charming little corner of the Spanish Quarter. Like the nearby alleys, it's surrounded by quaint restaurants and lively nightlife. Piazza Plebiscito, Teatro San Carlo, Via Roma, and Via Chiaia are all just steps away.

Breakfast was generous and delicious, made with fresh local products, and the owners were always ready with help and useful suggestions for getting around. The rooms were clean and had all the comforts we needed, including towels, a fridge, and air conditioning. B&B Speranzella 86 felt like a quiet, comfortable retreat, with a warm welcome. Its location near Via Toledo made it easy to reach the shops, Spanish Quarter, Piazza Plebiscito, and plenty more. Very happy with the stay, and already looking forward to coming back.
