Gradoni Chiaia Art and Bed

I fell in love with this property on my first stay. Fabiana and the housekeeper were so courteous and helpful, while respecting my privacy with a level of discretion I haven’t experienced at another B&B. The room was gorgeous and had all the comforts I needed, especially with my disability. The bathroom was huge, with a really comfortable shower, a large mirror at last, and enough light for someone like me with visual impairment. Everything was very clean, breakfast was delicious, and the location is handy for reaching practically all of Naples, with the metro and funicular just minutes away. Security systems gave me complete peace of mind, even traveling alone. I’ll definitely return and recommend it to everyone. Thank you so much for everything, Fabiana.

At 13 Gradoni di Chiaia, you stay in a real Neapolitan palazzo, with elegant renovations and thoughtful details that make it comfortable. The staff were always ready with advice and suggestions, and the breakfast was excellent. When you visit Naples, you fall in love with the city, and this B&B really leaves a piece of your heart. I spent two nights at this B&B. The location is perfect and the room is very nicely furnished, but my stay in room C came with several issues. The door scraped the floor and wouldn’t close unless I lifted it and pushed it toward the hinges. The air conditioner leaked condensation onto my head because it was above the bed, and it left yellow stains on the wall. When I arrived, the bathroom heater was off and the temperature was 23 degrees Celsius. I had to wait 50 minutes for it to reach at least 35 degrees Celsius for a decent shower. Breakfast was just a croissant and packaged toast. That was okay for the price. The staff were friendly. I only mentioned the door and asked about the tourist tax, not the other problems. Paying the tax through the link they provided online adds a €1 fee. If they’d told me beforehand, I could have brought cash to avoid the surcharge.

Everything was tidy and clean, and the room was exceptional. If you’re visiting Naples, we really recommend staying here. Thanks again for the hospitality. See you next time, Marina & Mirco.
