The old building still has local residents, which gives the place some atmosphere. The two separate studio apartments are small but right in the historic center, with everything easy to reach on foot. The shared areas aren’t modern, but they’re perfectly adequate for a few days exploring Naples, especially for the price. The owner was reassuring and guided us throughout.

We had a cozy, clean room right in the historic center, near the Sansevero Chapel. The owner, Giampiero, was extremely kind and always available to guests. Highly recommend!

If you want a place with plenty of local character, this is it. The building is quaint, with drying racks outside the door and the smell of laundry. Restaurants, shops, street food, and cultural sights are all easy to reach on foot from the historic center. The apartment is small, very clean, new, and well maintained, with everything you need and a very comfortable bed. It’s in an inner courtyard, so there’s no traffic noise. The hosts were especially kind and courteous, and happy to share tourist information.

Our family of four spent three nights here and had a wonderful time. The first impression can be confusing because the historic building looks quite shabby, but appearances are deceptive. The B&B is on Vico Storto Purgatorio ad Arco, just off Via dei Tribunali in Naples’ historic center, and I believe it has three mini apartments. The location meant we could leave the car behind and explore on foot or by public transport. The metro at Piazza Dante is less than 500 meters away, and the station is a 700-800 meter walk. Naples underground and Spaccanapoli are each about 70 meters away; San Gregorio Armeno is a little farther, along with plenty more to see. The apartments were welcoming, very clean, and affordable, with a fridge, kitchenette, and breakfast available. Gianpiero was so thoughtful and kind. Every day he checked in about our stay, suggested itineraries, and pointed us to places to eat at reasonable prices, which isn’t something you see everywhere. During booking, Giampiero also suggested the Neapolis garage, where we left the car less than 100 meters from the B&B. My family and I are very grateful.
