The building is very old, and the location is really bad.

We liked it enough to extend our planned three-day stay to a week. The room was fresh and clean, with its own bathroom, and the owner made delicious coffee for us every morning. It's a handy base near Naples' historic center, close enough to explore on foot in a day: Spaccanapoli, the Veiled Christ, Via San Gregorio Armeno, the Monastery of Santa Chiara, and the central neighborhoods. A huge market runs on the street below every day, with all sorts of things from early morning until late at night. Availability is limited.

The owner was kind and helped make our time in Naples pleasant. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the prices were reasonable. The B&B is centrally located, close to everything.

We arrived to find that it was called Anna's B&B, not the name we expected, and we had to climb three flights of stairs in a run-down neighborhood of Naples. It turned out to be a private apartment with a bathroom, rather than a shared room for all guests. The towels were dirty, there was a cockroach in the bathroom, and breakfast amounted to coffee. The woman gave us the wrong front door keys, then woke us at 8:00 by banging loudly on our room door. A terrible experience, absolutely not recommended and not one I'd repeat.
