Jeanette gave us superb service at Cuore Napoletano. She was assigned to check us in, kept in touch, and was waiting when we arrived. I chose to check in with her in person, although remote check-in was offered. There’s no staffed reception, but they respond very quickly on WhatsApp. Jeanette checked us in fast, explained how everything worked, and suggested several places to eat. Some of her recommendations were among the best restaurants we tried. The Wi-Fi stopped working on Sunday night, and she replied within seconds when I messaged her, then walked us through resetting the router. We had read reviews mentioning after-hours access, but had no problems ourselves. The location is very convenient, about a 10-minute walk to the train station and 5-7 minutes to the Metro, with the historic centre close by. We didn’t use breakfast because we prefer trying different places and it wasn’t important to us. Great experience, location, price, and service. I’d absolutely stay again if I return to Naples.

We stayed at CuoreNapoletano for four nights in December and would gladly come back. The room was warm, spacious, and clean, with a nice large bathroom, and looked just like the photos. The apartment was very quiet even though Napoli is noisy, set about 20 metres off the main street. Its position between the train station and town centre worked well for us. This isn’t a hotel, so there’s no reception, and check-in instructions come through WhatsApp. Breakfast is at the nearby coffee shop-bakery, where you can choose a pastry or croissant. The building lift takes a 20-cent coin, so keep that in mind if you have lots of luggage. We didn’t use it. The photos I uploaded show the building entrance and the view from the window, a proper Napoli view. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The staff were lovely and ready to help, and the room was beautiful and clean, with a very comfortable bed. We only stayed one night and wished we could have stayed longer. Suite Cuorenapoletano is in central Naples, within walking distance of the main rail station, Napoli Centrale, and very close to Spaccanapoli, one of the city’s most interesting attractions. I definitely recommend it and hope to visit Naples again soon.
