The location is the only good thing here. The rooms don't have sea views, despite the incorrect information on the website, and they're simple but poorly maintained. A light wasn't working and nothing was done about it. The sofa had stains, the kitchen couldn't be used, the coffee machine was a broken bialetti, and there was no washing machine. We cancelled an extra night with five days' notice. At first they said we'd get a full refund, but after we confirmed, they said they couldn't refund us because they were getting booking requests. That's a load of crap. The booking system is online, and a night with five days' notice would resell, but that's beside the point. The website didn't reflect the condition of the room or give accurate information. Communication was slow or ignored when we complained, and the payment process was messy. These proprietors are milking tourists for second-rate, substandard quality that doesn't match the price. We lost money for cancelling in advance, and the room still wasn't up to the standard we paid for. We wouldn't recommend it or return.

We couldn't stay in the room because it wasn't fit to receive guests. We asked for a better room, but were told there was no vacancy. We left ten minutes after arriving, then requested a refund because of the room's condition. They refused. I don't recommend this place.

The host was very kind and let us keep the room for the whole day on checkout since there were no bookings that day. Check-in was smooth, and the rooms were clean and simple. It's in an excellent location and great value. Highly recommend.

The apartment was very large, but it wasn't great. There were dirty spots on the sides of the mattresses, and the bathroom had a lot of damage. Some floor tiles were loose, and the sinks and other bathroom fittings didn't feel securely fixed. In room 104, street noise was really loud, so I didn't sleep very well.
