It took a little effort to find the place, but it was worth it. The patio and windows have fantastic views of Napoli, and the property is right beside Napoli Centrale Train Station, within walking distance of everything. It’s not a traditional hotel entrance, but it felt like one of those hidden gems you find in any city. Carmine, the owner, was extremely helpful, honest, and informative about worthwhile things to do. The rooms were immaculate, with plenty of towels and hot water, and there was plenty of quality food nearby. We felt safe and well looked after, especially being 12,000 kilometers from home. Carmine was trustworthy and hospitable, and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. We’re sure to return.

The owner was very friendly and gave helpful suggestions for food, shopping, mail services, and sightseeing. There was someone in the lobby acting as a doorman to keep people from wandering where they shouldn’t. The doors all had key code locks that changed daily, which was reassuring. It’s close to the bus station, though the area didn’t feel like the cleanest or safest. Laundry cost 10 pounds for drop-off service, and we weren’t allowed to do it ourselves. Drying wasn’t included.

I needed somewhere near Centrale, and this worked perfectly. Good value, a clean room, great WiFi, and a balcony view. The owner, Carmine, was super friendly, showed me around, and was always available with great recommendations. Thank you!

The area isn’t the best, but the staff are really friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend it.
