Mariano, the owner, was incredibly kind the whole time, and the rooms were spotless, with clear attention to detail. They're modern and conveniently placed for getting around by metro, close to Garibaldi Central Station. The rooms are absolutely remarkable. The room had everything the three of us needed: it was comfortable, with shelves, a large window, a small fridge that worked well, and a comfortable bed. Even the third bed for my daughter was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and clean, with a really comfortable shower. There was a small hairdryer, soap and toiletries, a fan that runs with the light, good air conditioning, and excellent WiFi. Inside, the B&B was bright, welcoming, and spotless, though the entrance stairs may look daunting. The one thing I'd add is a coffee maker and pods in the corner where the fire extinguisher is, so we could make coffee when we woke up. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Mariano's detailed instructions and videos made check-in quick and self-service, and check-out was just as easy. He was always available for questions and needs, and gave advice and directions. The location is just steps from the central station and Duomo metro. Spaccanapoli, Naples Underground, San Gregorio Armeno, Via dei Tribunali, Via Toledo, Piazza Plebiscito, and Quartieri Spagnoli are only a few minutes away. The Circumvesuviana station and bus terminal for the port are two minutes away, with hydrofoils and ferries to Ischia, Capri, and other islands. It's a popular but quiet neighborhood. We never felt unsafe, day or night, and Via Umberto I is a short walk away. Sigma is right across the street for groceries and sandwiches. Breakfast is available at the café next door, which has plenty of croissants and pastries. Recommended.

The WiFi gave us trouble, but Mario did everything he could to fix it. Once it was finally working, he brought dessert to our room to make up for the inconvenience. We liked our three-night stay and would come back. The location is perfect, close to the station and metro, in a lively area that's also easy to explore on foot.
