The staff were kind, attentive, and always ready to help with suggestions for sightseeing, food, or getting around. Their care really comes through in the details, and the rooms were modern, spotless, welcoming, and well equipped. CharmiNaples is right in the center, a short walk from the central station and the main attractions, which made it easy to explore on foot and get a feel for the city. It really did feel like home. I highly recommend this B&B as a comfortable, elegant base for visiting Naples.

We only stayed one night, which was a shame, because we really liked the place. The interiors have been renovated recently and are beautiful, elegant, and spotless. Our room was comfortable and quiet, and the common room had what we needed for coffee, herbal tea, or a quick breakfast. We arrived by train, and the station was just a five-minute walk away. Check-in was prompt and felt completely secure. We’ll come back and recommend it. Thank you!

The staff’s kindness was the best part. They were courteous, available whenever we needed something, left us a guide to local restaurants, and were flexible about our arrival time. The B&B is well maintained, welcoming, and recently renovated, with a shared area for coffee and tea. It’s close to the metro, and the historic center is only a few minutes away on foot, so getting around was easy. We had an excellent stay in Naples. Highly recommended, and see you next time!

We got a really warm welcome, along with a lovely Valentine’s Day gift 😊 The place was bright, spacious, and clean, with a big comfortable bed and good towels. The location was good too.
