Dinner and the cocktails were fantastic, and the kitchen sends out complimentary little bites and snacks, including prawn tempura and fried stuffed zucchini flower. The set menu for two at 137 is worth it for the view and its elegant take on Neapolitan street food, with smaller servings and elevated ingredients and flavors. The restaurant has a stunning view over Naples Bay. Breakfast is excellent and cooked to order, with choices like avocado toast, poached eggs, salmon and egg on toast, sfotiagtelle, and buffalo yogurt, all with a great view. The rooms are well designed, with good lighting, a coffee machine, makeup mirror, and classic touches. The terrace is open in summer. Relais Chateaux hotels are always well curated. Best address in Naples!

Breakfast was outstanding, and the team gave us superb tips that made our time in Naples even more memorable. From the moment we arrived at the Grand Hotel Parker’s in Napoli, everyone made us feel genuinely welcome. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and accommodating. We had a truly fantastic stay.

4.5 stars, really. I took my wonderful daughter for a few days in Naples, and we got such a warm welcome from the smart, proud-looking staff. The people, the property, and the decorative finish are beautiful. The shared areas smell amazing, and our room was spacious, classic, and spectacular. A beautiful stay, and compliments to the staff xx. My only complaint is the cooking. No matter how hard I tried, the breakfast chef couldn't get a fried or poached egg right. At dinner the à la carte chef served me a raw burger. After I sent it back, he kept grilling the same patty until it was cremated, and wrecked the same mauled bun too. Management should remind the chef that guests pay high menu prices and expect better.

The terrace at sunset was a highlight, and we loved starting each day with breakfast looking across the bay at Vesuvius. It was delicious and set us up for exploring Napoli and the surrounding area. The building is beautiful, a lovely mix of old-world charm and modern touches, and the staff are really friendly. Cocktails on the terrace were memorable too. The views across the bay come with a walk back up the hill, unless you take a taxi to save your legs. Prices reflect the 5-star rating, but we felt the stay was worth the premium.

Food was the one part that felt a little ordinary. Breakfast and dinner were good quality, but neither felt special, perhaps because we were using a voucher, we're not sure. With such an impressive hotel, service, and setting, we expected dining to stand out more. The hotel itself is beautiful, with excellent facilities, and our room was clean, comfortable, and very well designed. Service and atmosphere felt right for a high-end place. We had a really lovely stay.
