The sea is just 50 meters away, and the owner kindly lets you borrow beach chairs and similar items for free. They're friendly and attentive, and the B&B is clean and very well placed. Breakfast is arranged across the street, with good service. Excellent stay.

We had a perfect September holiday. The owner was incredibly helpful and kind, and there was always water, juice, yogurt, and coffee available. The property and its view were lovely, and Santa Maria's center is only a short walk away. For airport transfers, ask the owner for Mr. Daniele's contact details. He was very kind and reliable.

The only small drawback for me was breakfast, which had fewer choices than at some other hotels: two kinds of coffee, a small pastry, yogurt, fruit juice, and a coffee and milk machine. I was fine with it, though. The property is new and well cared for, with a good location about a five-minute walk from the center and parking that's easy to reach. The owner was very kind and always available. Recommended.

Right on the seafront, opposite the Four Columns, the property is beautifully placed for quick access to both the sea and the center of social life. The rooms are lovely, and the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommended.

The owner was very kind, and parking is available right below the house. There’s space to do laundry and hang it outside, and detergent is provided. Breakfast came with sublime pastries. The rooms are large, the location is great, and everything was very clean. Everything was perfect.
