Corte Carafa

What I'll remember most about our week at Corte Carafa is the warm, family feel Luca and Nancy created. After just one day they felt like old friends, and breakfast with the other guests was a real pleasure. They were also so welcoming, knowledgeable, and courteous. The room was spacious and had every comfort. With a small child, I always bring a sanitizing kit and checked carefully when we arrived. I couldn't find a speck of dust. The location is lovely too, right in the center of charming Nardò. We could walk to the historic center for evenings out without taking the car. Before we arrived, Luca and Nancy suggested beaches and restaurants to book. During the week of August 15th, getting to the beach or going out to dinner without booking well ahead was impossible. While we were there, they also gave us great tips on places to see and excursions. This wonderful holiday, and the landscapes of this fascinating land, will stay with us. When we come back to Puglia, we'll definitely return to Corte Carafa. See you soon!!!

Luca and his family are the added bonus here: kind, polite, and helpful, and a pleasure to chat with over breakfast. The breakfast itself was excellent, and parking was convenient. The property is beautiful and right in Nardó's historic center, so you can explore on foot. The different seaside areas are easy to reach by car.

A strategic location, and my friends and I had a wonderful stay. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms new, and the owners and whole team were welcoming and kind. If you opt for breakfast, don't miss the exceptional tarts. I'd recommend it to everyone.

Coming back from the beach without having to worry about finding a parking spot is priceless. The historic center is just a few hundred meters away, and the location is very convenient. The room and towels were spotlessly clean, with the towels always white. Breakfast was outstanding, with homemade things from the owners. Luca, Giancarlo, and Nancy were all kind and ready with tips to help us have a lovely holiday. Thanks to you all.
