We had a pleasant stay, and the owner was kind and ready to help. The room was small but cozy, and the partner bar nearby served excellent croissants for breakfast. Since the B&B sits in the historic center's ZTL, you can't drive up to it, but that also made the area calm and quiet. A couple of things could be improved: the dated, annoying shower curtain could be replaced with a shower enclosure, and the bedroom window needs better covering since it looks onto the stairs in the next room and lets people see inside. We only used the air conditioning now and then, just on dehumidifier mode. Even so, the small room felt noticeably humid. We didn't have to deal with the tank filling up, but I hope the owner can find a less bothersome setup for guests.
