We spent just a week here, but it felt like our own home, with every comfort we needed and everything kept very clean. The place is peaceful and lovely, surrounded by olive trees, and the shared barbecue for the three apartments was a real bonus. We were lucky to have quiet, considerate neighbors. The location is handy for both the best beaches and supermarkets. Manuel was wonderfully kind and thoughtful, and ready to help with anything we needed. I hope we can return.

The quiet location is convenient, away from the crowds and with no parking trouble, and we enjoyed having breakfast on the outdoor veranda. But the access road is hard to spot, especially at night, so a proper street lantern would help. The apartment we stayed in was just a room and bathroom, with an outdoor kitchenette that's really only useful for making coffee. The room is too small for a week, and there's very little in the way of amenities: besides a small closet, there are only two chairs to put your things on. The refrigerator is old and rusty, with condensation on the outside, and worst of all, it's really noisy at night.

We stayed from August 3 to August 7, 2020, and found the property very good overall. It's surrounded by greenery, has private parking, and sits close to the main road toward the coast, making several beaches easy to reach. The apartment had a living room and kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom, with air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom. It suits a couple or a family with one or two children, thanks to the sofa bed. The kitchen had cookware and everything needed. Outside each apartment there's a small table for evening meals and a private clothesline, and guests can share the barbecue. I gave it three stars because our apartment didn't have a washing machine. For a seaside stay, especially with kids, being able to wash swimsuits, towels, and other things is essential. That's a shame.

A well-kept, clean place with well-equipped apartments, all the comforts we needed, a shared barbecue, and free parking on site. It was great value, and the greenery makes it a lovely choice for anyone who enjoys nature. The location also worked well for exploring Salento, with the sea about a five-minute drive away. Nearby beaches include Punta Prosciutto, Porto Cesareo, Baia Verde, Punta Pizzo, and Punta della Suina. Gallipoli's center is close for an evening walk, and Santa Maria al Bagno is nearby for breakfast with a sea view. Nardò is 5 km away, with plenty of supermarkets and fishmongers.
