Masseria Pagani

The breakfasts alone were amazing, all fresh and made there. We spent five days at the Masseria on our honeymoon, and Simona and Gabriele went out of their way to make us feel special. The whole property was beautiful, spotless, and in pristine condition, with a genuinely authentic feel. We’d happily come back and recommend it to anyone looking to recharge and eat really well.

Online photos don’t really capture this place, you have to see it yourself. It’s a stunning Masseria where you can switch off from everything outside. Simona and Gabriele make you feel special and help ensure you have a great stay. We’ll be back for sure.

A lovely base for exploring the region. The room was spacious and clean, the pool was beautiful, and the team were kind and very helpful. Breakfast had a generous mix of tasty local sweet and savory options. Highly recommended.

Days here moved at a lovely, quiet pace, and at night you could sleep surrounded by the stillness of Salento. The pool was a nice way to unwind after the beach, and the location worked well for visiting nearby beaches and restaurants. Gabriele and Simona welcomed us warmly, and you can tell they care about what they do. Everything was beautifully maintained and exceptionally clean. Our room was comfortable, thoughtfully arranged, and tastefully furnished, with air conditioning that worked well without disturbing our sleep. Breakfast was another highlight, with a generous sweet and savory spread Simona prepared using excellent ingredients, including delicious tarts and ring cakes. We’d gladly return.
