There are TVs in the nice rooms, and all of them have air conditioning. But a lot of maintenance details need attention, and that's why I’d give it 3 stars if they were fixed. In one room there was a strong drain smell. When we arrived, water was pouring from the air conditioner through the ceiling. They repaired it immediately, but it made for a rough start. Other issues added up: the front door handle was stiff and held by a screw that stuck out; pipes were exposed in the laundry room; the kitchen outlet had no cover; and the living room’s central window was hard to open, had no curtain or screen, and wouldn't close all the way. The other rooms did have mosquito screens. There were barely any hangers, just four in my closet and another room, and two in the third. The bathrooms had nowhere to hang towels or bath sheets. We rented a house with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, so not knowing where to put towels was frustrating. There were no trash bags or recycling bins either. The rubbish collection was stressful. The collector was an odd character: once he said we'd left the trash out, although it had been there since the night before. When we left, he said he was doing us a favor by taking it. I don't want to spend my holiday worrying about rubbish. We called the manager three or four times because collection wasn't happening or we hadn't been told the days, where to put it, or how it worked. What kind of service is that? I also had to ask for the Wi-Fi password because there was no information anywhere. The internet was poor on my phone, and WindTre had a weak signal. They didn't provide a sponge, cloth or dish soap, either. And forget about breakfast cups and wastewater bills.

The staff are really friendly, and the apartments have air conditioning, private parking and terraces where you can eat outside. There's a pool too, with loungers available from morning until afternoon. The setting is very peaceful, yet handy for the coast: Torre Lapillo is under ten minutes away, with Porto Cesareo and many other beautiful beaches close by. I'd recommend it if you want some quiet while staying near the beaches.

Antonio and his team were always kind and ready to share information, and the residence and service were excellent. Our apartment was clean, with a kitchen and living room, two bedrooms and one bathroom. The pool was excellent, with sun loungers available. There’s parking nearby if you can’t park at the residence. The area is a bit far from the beach, so you'll need to drive, and there aren't restaurants or other services nearby. Thanks to Antonio and the team for looking after us.

Everything we needed was within walking distance, including supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, pizzerias and restaurants. The beaches are only a few kilometers away, and the residence is in a quiet area that works well for families with kids. We usually go to San Pietro in Bevagna, but we discovered Torre Lapillo and love it. There’s a coin-operated washer, and bikes are available at the residence. The apartment was spotless when we arrived and well looked after, with the kitchen basics provided. They even had a six-cup coffee maker :))). When we found a shutter that couldn't be fixed quickly, they offered straight away to move us to another apartment. We felt welcome and really looked after. Five stars for the welcome, the location away from the crowds and the value. Thanks for hosting us, and if all goes well, we'd be happy to return in September. See you soon!

Benedetta was so kind and gave us lovely tips on where to go and eat. We tried Arneo restaurant, which is within walking distance. The place is surrounded by greenery, calm and comfortable, just 1 km from the sea and walkable. It has everything you need, from air conditioning and mosquito nets to kitchen supplies and electric shutters. A great find for couples looking for a quiet break at a good price. We had a dream holiday and will definitely be back.
