Relais Palazzo Vaglio was a perfect place to stay. Our room was huge, the bed really comfortable, and the elegant, stylish interior looked even better than the photos. You can tell a lot of care went into it. The staff were always smiling and ready to help, and we spent several quiet evenings enjoying the view from the rooftop terrace. Special thanks to Jacopo, whose beach and restaurant suggestions were spot on. He really cares about his guests. Nardò itself is a peaceful, historic town with lovely streets and a genuine charm that's rare to find. It wasn't crowded with tourists, and there were so many excellent restaurants. It's a wonderful base for exploring Puglia. I'd return in a heartbeat, this is one of those places that stays with you after the trip.

The owner made a real difference for us. They speak fluent English, which was especially helpful since we don't speak Italian, and shared plenty of good suggestions for restaurants and things to do nearby, as well as day trips around Puglia. Our time in southern Italy wouldn't have been as good or memorable without that advice. Palazio Vaglio feels genuinely luxurious, from the building to the furnishings, and our beds were very comfortable. Everything seemed newly renovated, so there was a pleasant smell throughout. The rooftop at the top of the building was lovely, with wonderful views, especially at sunset. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back to Puglia.

Jacopo and the team gave great service. The rooms have character and were always clean, and breakfast had all the essentials. The occasional loud street noise was the only downside.

The palazzo is well maintained and close to Centro Storico, and breakfast was great. Iacopo was a gracious, helpful host who was always ready with recommendations for authentic restaurants. Un posto fantastico, highly recommend.

The bed was top quality, breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly. It's a wonderful place in a historic building that's been renovated and furnished nicely. I'll be back!
