The kitchen only found out at the last moment that I was vegetarian, and they were serving a set menu for a large group. Even so, they made two extremely tasty vegetarian dishes for me. Fantastic service.

Lovely location, good breakfast, and nice staff. The TVs are old, though.

We were just two, and the meal was a treat while we worked on a crossword. The room was spotless, too. The staff were so friendly and accommodating that we'd happily return.

We got a complimentary calendar featuring local scenery and a loyalty card when we checked out. The stay was December 4-December 8, and our rate covered buffet breakfast plus the rooftop spa, with its whirlpool, sauna, and relaxation area. Dogs are welcome for an extra €12 per night, and the team were extremely kind and helpful. The hotel is right in central Naturno and has its own reserved parking. From there, you can reach Forst, Merano, Bolzano, Resia-Curon, Bressanone, Brunico, Vipiteno, and Braies easily. Some are under half an hour away, while others take up to two hours by car. Recommended!
