The service is so warm, with friendly staff and a lovely way of looking after guests. It works well for a family stay or a couple's trip. The views are picturesque, especially from a room facing the apple orchards. I'd definitely come back when I'm in the area.

I really enjoyed staying here. It's peaceful, the hosts are welcoming, and the rooms are spacious and clean. There's a bar and dining by preorder, though no à la carte menu. There's a pizza place nearby if you'd prefer that. The terrace is a nice spot for a drink.

The family running this hotel were so friendly and went out of their way to help us. The place is spotless and clearly well looked after. Breakfast was great, and we had a lovely four-course dinner at the restaurant the night before leaving. We left already thinking we'd come back.

The mountain view from the balcony is lovely, and the location is handy, with a supermarket and tabacchi shop just across the street. It's a clean, cosy place for a family holiday. We were welcomed with fresh bio apple juice and a small basket, a nice touch. A couple of practical things: tell the staff at least two days before arrival if you want to use the outdoor grill. Towels and clean sheets are provided, but there's no shampoo, and the hair dryer is pretty useless, so bring your own.

Kind service, big rooms, and a beautiful hotel. Dinner was nice too.
