We had a lovely stay in apartment #8, which was in great condition and well supplied. Breakfast was included, a great traditional Italian spread, and the waitress/hostess was pleasant and efficient. The hotel management were friendly and efficient too. The place is right in the town center, with parking nearby if you need it.

Stephania was wonderful and really helpful, and the location makes it easy to walk anywhere in Centro. The apartment is spacious and updated, with a nice big bathroom. The bed was comfortable, though the sofa bed wasn't.

I couldn't find a flaw. It's a clean, elegant, accessible place with every comfort, right in the center. The staff were all kind and professional, the breakfast had a wide range of quality options, and the restaurant and bar were excellent too. Prices were fair. I recommend it!

The room wasn't very big, but it was cozy and quiet, with a minibar and kettle. Breakfast was included at their bar, with a mix of fresh and packaged items. The woman who welcomed us was very kind and helpful, and before we arrived they also arranged the pass so I could drive into the ZTL. The property is right in the center, making it very convenient to explore Ravenna and its sights on foot.
