Samantha welcomed us warmly when we arrived, showed us the room, and explained how to get in and out. She and her husband were both helpful and kind throughout, and she even offered us coffee at checkout. I felt at ease right away and highly recommend the place. The room is just a few meters from the center of Ravenna and has a security door, blackout shutters, and mosquito nets. Inside there’s a sofa, a very comfortable double bed, a small breakfast nook, a coffee machine with a few pods, and biscuits for guests. The bathroom has a spacious shower and hygiene supplies by the sink, including makeup remover pads and micellar water. Outside, an automatic gate opens to a small garden with parking, plus a little table for eating outdoors. The gate and room both use a secret code, which is very convenient since you don’t have to keep track of keys.

The owners were so kind and made me feel at home, which was what impressed me most. I stayed with my family at the ML32 property from May 17th to 20th. The room was clean, and it’s just a 6-minute walk from Ravenna’s city center. I’ll definitely be back.

ML32 ....such a lovely welcome!!! The deluxe junior suite is in a stunning location and comes with parking and a private garden. The furnishings are tasteful, and the room has everything you need, even for just one night. I stayed with my boyfriend at this beautiful modern B&B for one night while we continued our journey the next day. If I’d known how pleasant the stay would be, I would have stayed longer. The manager had set out everything for a delicious breakfast half a day ahead, including cereals, milk, butter, cakes, and biscuits. I absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay on a par with any hotel. I work in the hotel industry full time.

The owners were lovely, and the room had everything we could need, including a safe and a Nespresso coffee machine. It was all very clean and tastefully furnished, with a private parking space and a large bathroom. The center is a 5-minute walk away.
