I come back every year, and it’s one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The location is a great base for trips to the ski resorts. There’s a lovely feeling among the minerals, and the food is first class, as is the wellness area. The staff are friendly, the service is great, and the atmosphere feels like a family.

The owner is the chef, and we were served healthy, delicious food throughout. The family looked after us warmly and generously. This is a distinctive, secure, comfortable, quiet hotel run by a family, with an impressive collection of rocks and minerals from all over the world. Excellent!

The mineral museum inside the hotel is fascinating and unlike anything else, and it made our stay feel even more special. The owners are simple, genuine, and incredibly kind, and made us feel at home. We also found the wellness area welcoming, relaxing, and well organized. The location is excellent for exploring the area. Service was impeccable, with the whole staff professional, attentive, and courteous. Cleanliness was perfect, right down to the smallest details. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for quality, relaxation, and a sincere welcome. I’ll definitely be back.

The Klement family welcomed us so warmly and kindly. The sauna and bathing area is a real place to unwind, and it’s open around the clock. Beautiful minerals are tastefully worked into the hotel’s decor, and there’s an impressive collection in the hotel’s own museum. The building is exceptionally well crafted, full of detail and character. It was one of the most beautiful hotels we’ve stayed in, and everything was spotless and tidy.

The staff were always kind and ready to help, and you can feel the family’s passion and dedication in how the hotel is run. It’s a stay I’d happily repeat. Thank you! There’s plenty to enjoy beyond the rooms: a beautiful spa, a well-equipped gym, and a games area with ping pong, table football, and billiards. The dining room is elegant and typically Tyrolean, with excellent dinner and breakfast, carefully chosen ingredients, a good range of quality wines, and memorable flavors. The hotel has been fully renovated and sits in an enchanting location. The rooms are spacious, bright, and clean.
