We had a great time here. The place was super cosy and warm in winter, with fine decor and arty furniture. Breakfast was good, and the host was really friendly.

A great base for people who love nature, with a lovely view across the valley. There are hiking spots nearby, and hardly any cars use the road in front of the house. We really enjoyed our stay, especially the BBQ area, sauna, hammocks, stove in the flat, and more. Parking was no problem even with our larger Ford Tourneo Custom. The family speaks English, Italian, and German.

Villa Maia is a quiet place with a great view, where we could leave behind the noise and rush of the big city and get back to nature. We felt comfortable in the familiar atmosphere, and the accommodation was very clean. Liguria's sightseeing highlights are all reachable from this central location. It felt close to paradise.

We loved the welcoming feel here on both of our stays, and we're already planning a third. The hosts are warm, attentive, and always there when you need them. Their fascinating stories quickly made us feel part of a big family. The terrace and lovely garden are perfect for relaxing and letting your mind wander. The apartment is spotless, tastefully and comfortably furnished, and has every comfort we could want. We especially liked the carefully chosen photographs, furniture, and cultural touches; you can tell a lot of heart and soul went into it. The mountain setting is stunning, surrounded by nature, and in the morning the sun shines on you as you look straight into the forest. We can wholeheartedly recommend this vacation apartment.
