Dinner was a highlight, with handmade pasta, tender slow-cooked meat, beautifully made vitello tonnato, and a seasonal dessert showing off Piedmont’s hazelnuts. The tasting menu was outstanding, and every dish felt carefully prepared with local flavors. We also loved the generous breakfast, especially the local ingredients and the best hazelnut chocolate spread we’ve ever had. The rooms are comfortable and full of character, and the welcoming team made us feel at home from the start. The peaceful, lovely surroundings made the stay even more memorable. We’d gladly come back.

The dishes were beautifully prepared and looked fantastic, and the wines by the glass were excellent too. There’s a good choice of dishes, whether you want the menu or à la carte. Friendly staff and a very nice restaurant. Congrats to the chef. I’d recommend it for lunch or dinner.

A good selection of Piedmontese classics, with plenty of bottles on the wine list and some great pairings by the glass. Prices are reasonable. Great restaurant.

The ravioli was delicious, and the kids’ meals were really good. We weren’t keen on the rabbit, but they kindly swapped it for us. And with a great Barolo, you can’t go wrong.

The food was divine, especially the best appetizer tasting plate we’ve had in Italy so far. The rabbit was excellent, and the wines by the glass were wonderful. The Barbaresco was lovely too. It’s a shame the maître de was so unaccommodating. She wouldn’t let me turn my chair toward the view, even though there was clearly room.
