Francesca is a kind and supportive host, and Casetta di Lulu is a lovely, fully equipped apartment. It's only a few steps from the beach, the Borgo and all the great restaurants in Nettuno. We've already stayed twice and are looking forward to coming back.

Francesca met us at the train station and made us feel at home straight away in her beautiful apartment, just a two-minute walk from the beach. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and eating on the balcony, and tried the restaurants she recommended. She was a wonderful host. Thanks so much, I'd highly recommend it if you're looking for somewhere to stay in Nettuno!

The apartment has all the comforts, including a stove, dishwasher and dual air conditioning. Its balcony is lovely, with a glimpse of the sea. The location works really well for both the city center and the beach, and the property's special arrangements with the beach resorts are especially handy for longer stays. Highly recommended!

The stay was definitely an A+, with so many lovely touches thanks to Francesca's professionalism and friendliness. She gave us a warm welcome and made sure we had everything we might need for the basics. The accommodation exceeded what I expected for comfort, cleanliness, location and amenities. Francesca was the perfect host, welcoming, kind and helpful, while still giving us space. She was always ready to help.
