The new manager was very helpful when we ran into a few small difficulties after the recent change in management. They listened and found ways to help, showing a real wish to improve and make the most of a place with plenty of potential. The building is charming, but its setting among the beautiful Barbaresco hills is what makes it even more special. With Alba nearby and very competitive prices, I’d recommend Terrazza del Barbaresco if you want to pay a fair amount and spend a few days among the vineyards and hazelnut groves of the real Langhe.

For breakfast, I recommend La Cantina in Neive. The welcome here was perfect, the room was clean, and the setting is peaceful. A good base for exploring Barbaresco.
