6/10
The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Still, this doesn't feel close to a four-star hotel. Breakfast and dinner were literally inedible, among the worst meals I've had anywhere, and especially bad for Italy. The bed was rock hard, and there was just one pillow in the room, about as thick as a folded towel. The location works for Nichelino, but getting to the train or tram for Turin takes a bus, Uber, or bike ride.

8/10
The staff are friendly and the restaurant is okay. It's clean and well organized, and there's a Juventus FC Allianz Youth Center training ground nearby. It's not ideally placed for exploring central Torino, but works well for an overnight stay in the surrounding area.

There's plenty of room to work remotely, with Wi-Fi and a lobby furnished with tables and sofas. The restaurant is beautiful, and the spacious bar works well for meetings or social and business gatherings. For a fair price, it's a good hotel option in Torino. The staff are exceptionally kind and flexible about guests' needs. Special thanks to Paola for being so helpful and lovely.

They fixed a small shower issue right away after I mentioned it to reception, and the customer service was amazing. The place was spotless and everyone so friendly. For the price, you get a jaw-dropping package, luxurious but simple. Definitely coming back!

4/10
The rooms are comfortable, air-conditioned and fairly spacious, with a nice bathroom, and the staff are friendly. But cleanliness needs attention: there's dark staining on the bedsheets near the head of the bed, and the bathroom vent looks clogged with mold. Several bathroom fittings are also damaged. The shower only works on one setting, since switching it makes it leak badly. The chrome on the flush mechanism is chipped, the toilet lid hinge is broken off, and the sink plug control on the tap doesn't work.
