We spent most evenings eating at Rifugio Sapienza, the restaurant down the street, and really enjoyed it. Guests get a discount there for each night they stay. The hotel is also ideally placed for Etna Sud, with the volcano's striking scenery right outside. Our room was clean, roomy, and lovely, the staff were so helpful, and breakfast offered loads of choice. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it.

A problem with our car's engine came up one morning, and the hotel staff immediately helped us get it running again. We really appreciated that. They were kind and welcoming throughout our stay, and the hotel felt cozy, with a breathtaking view from the balcony. Breakfast was perfect too, with nothing we could fault. We loved staying here and would happily recommend it.

After hiking up Etna, my wife and I stayed for one night. David, the manager or owner, was especially great, and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful too. There was no dinner at the hotel, but they booked us a table at the nearby restaurant, an easy walk away, where we had great food and their own wine. The spa was just what we needed after the hike. Breakfast was amazing, and I made the most of the pour-your-own mimosas. A perfect place to stay overnight on the mountain. Totally recommend it.

I can’t wait to return. The rooms were prepared just right and all the amenities worked. And yes, the staff really are as kind and friendly as other reviews say. The people here are what make the place special.

The reception team made a big impression on us, especially Davide and Alessandro. We arrived very late, and there wasn't a room ready for three, but they went out of their way to sort something out. Their kindness, upbeat attitude, and professionalism made us feel welcome. We were also lucky enough to have a room facing Mount Etna and see an eruption, a once-in-a-lifetime moment. The hotel's location is great, and our stay was unforgettable. Thank you!
