Piccadilly

My room was pretty much perfect for me. The bed was big enough, the room itself was just the right size, there was always hot water in the shower, and the towels were a good size. Most of the staff were really friendly, helpful, and kind. The food was nice enough, and all in all I had a great experience. I know some people didn't think much of the hotel, but they treated me well.

For the money, I think this hotel is a good fit. We came with a group of tourists in November. The rooms were clean and breakfast was hearty. We had some communication problems at first, but Jasmine sorted everything out. There are still a few things they could work on, but I recommend it in Montecatini.

I stayed here last week and had a lovely stay. The hotel was clean, the food was excellent, and the staff couldn't do enough for us. I'd recommend it any day of the week. Thanks for a great visit.

Jasmine, Daniel, and Edward were wonderful hosts. The team were outstanding in how they looked after guests, and the food staff were just as good with preparing and serving meals. The negative things I've been reading in reviews are completely untrue. They couldn't have made our stay any better. Thanks to everyone at the Piccadilly for making it such a memorable occasion for David and Annemarie McLaughlin, our extended family, and me. xx
