We loved the staff, they were so friendly and good to us. The room was clean and we liked staying there. The location was nice too. Breakfast didn’t have many choices, but what there was tasted good.

Montecatini Terme was such a lovely base, with palm trees and well-kept paths around town. We were there with a group from Ukraine on July 22-23, 2019, and stayed at the Buenos Aires Hotel. Its central spot made it easy to explore: shops and a square with a pretty fountain and modern-designed church are nearby, the thermal baths and funicular are at the end of one street, and a good-sized grocery store is at the end of another. We found a tourist information kiosk just a minute away and picked up a free map before seeing the sights that evening. The hotel has a cozy, welcoming Renaissance feel. We were checked in quickly and offered breakfast, and our hostess was very kind. The room was in good order, with everything working, including the TV and air conditioning. The beds were new and comfortable, the linens fresh and clean, and WiFi was free. We would gladly have stayed longer to enjoy more of the city's cultural life, especially its opera festivals. Thank you for your hospitality!
