A decent budget hotel, with lovely grounds and a gigantic tree. The restaurant has a simple buffet for breakfast and dinner.

8/10
The meals were the highlight of our stay. We had half board, and the Italian home cooking was really good, with plenty to eat. Angela seemed to run the restaurant and offered me choices from the three-course menus when I explained that I don't eat meat. The reception team and everyone else were pleasant too. We were reassigned to La Querceta, so after the long walk from the station we were a bit disappointed at first, but the welcoming, helpful staff made a difference. The rooms are clean and comfortable, though basic, and this isn't a luxury hotel. We spoke little Italian and the staff spoke little English, which made the visit feel authentic to this part of Tuscany. Thanks to everyone at this family-run hotel.

Friendly staff and good food. The place was clean and comfortable, though the rooms could use an update.

6/10
The neighborhood was quiet and close to the center, and the receptionist was friendly. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all fine. I stayed five nights in a small room with two single beds and a small bathroom. There was a balcony.

6/10
The average breakfast and the noise from other rooms and the corridor were the main drawbacks. The rooms are equipped but small, and sound insulation from inside the hotel is lacking. It's not far from the center, and there's private parking, though it isn't very large.
