The location is amazing, and the people working there were really friendly and helpful 🥰. I didn't pay much for my stay, so I guess that's reflected in what you get. My room wasn't very spacious, and in August it was boiling hot during the day. I expected some kind of air conditioning, but there wasn't any, and there was no fridge either. Breakfast was weak, just two croissants and a little something else. Kind of nice, but with those limits.

It's right in the centre of Montecatini Terme, but set away from the noisy bars, so we slept well. The hotel was spotless, with the rooms and bathrooms cleaned every day. I spent several nights here with my tourist group, and the owners were among the friendliest hosts I've met on my travels. I highly recommend this place.

If we come back to Montecatini Terme, we'll book Hotel Brasile again. My wife and I are still impressed by the hotel and the service. The room was large and clean, with a small balcony and a mini fridge that came in handy. Our host was very helpful when situations came up, and we liked him a lot. 6 out of 5 stars for Christiano (Cristiano) 😊

The room temperature was off, especially in the bathroom, which was freezing even though it had a radiator. The Wi-Fi signal was terrible too. Still, everything was clean, breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly. We had a good experience, though it could have been better.

The owners and staff were wonderful, always ready to help whenever we needed anything. It's a peaceful, cosy little hotel, clean too, with restaurants and cafes nearby. Thanks for making our stay delightful. Hope to return someday!
