After we complained, the host offered to refund us if we wanted to end our stay, so we did and got our money back. The stay itself was unpleasant. Our room wasn't very clean, the floor was dirty, and the cups and plates provided for breakfast were dirty too. The place needs renovation: the shower didn't work properly, old windows let in all the noise, the closets were old, and the bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast in the room was mostly packaged food with no clear expiry date, and the standard didn't match what we paid.

We were there for a few days with friends. The owner, I think, was very kind and helpful. The area is beautiful, and the rooms were lovely and cosy, with clean bathrooms and air conditioning. I'd definitely recommend it. We did miss breakfast on our last morning, though. :/

The hosts, a mother and daughter, were so friendly and nice, and the old furniture made the house a lovely place to stay. Firenze is very close, about 50 minutes by train, and you can also visit Pisa and Cinque terre, heaven on earth. I'd take the highway for driving, since the speed limit in some places is 50 km/h and it takes much longer otherwise. The town is very small but interesting, and the old lady will help with anything, so feel free to ask. Hope to come back 😄

Good service in this small, friendly place on a quiet street, close to the town center.
