Hotel Terme Pellegrini

The hotel is nicely placed in the city center and has great rooms. Breakfast could be improved, and the older waiter wasn’t very friendly.

Every time, just great. The food, rooms and service are perfect! :)

Dinner was messy and the staff were pretty unfriendly. People got served at different times, and the portions were small and uneven, some people got twice as much as others. The pasta starter was usually pretty good. Once, a staff member noticed our portions were too small and gave us another starter. The main course was more like a starter-sized portion, and it was only just eatable. Dessert was awful. On the first day we got crackers that seemed ten days old with a little Nutella; the next day, what was meant to be tiramisu was a stiff cream on something that tasted like wet bread. There were plenty of problems in the room too. The Wi-Fi was unbearably slow, and it hadn’t been cleaned well. There was dust everywhere and used underwear under the bed. The bathroom ventilation didn’t work, nor did the AC or its temperature control screen. The balcony table and chairs were very dirty. Plugging in the kettle made it act like a light switch, and casting to the TV didn’t work.

We had a great time. The young waiter was really nice and let us take a picture on his friend’s motorcycle. He told us where to find really, really good gelato, made us a custom coffee and shared all kinds of information about the city.
