Hotel Torretta

We’re having such a lovely stay. The room is beautiful, with a sweet little balcony and gorgeous views, and the food and wine have been scrumptious. It’s a delightful hotel run by a warm, welcoming family. Highly recommend staying here.

We had a really refreshing week here for a family holiday, and would definitely come back. The welcome and service were impeccable, and I hope the place thrives for years to come. The hotel is very clean, the beds are comfortable and the pool area is wonderful. Parking is free, right outside. We stayed half board and loved the food, especially the salad buffet alongside three courses at dinner. They also made bespoke pasta and gelato for my fussy child without any fuss. There’s plenty to do in town or on short drives and train trips. Several solo travelers were staying while we were there, and I think it could be a great choice for them too.

The garden was a lovely place to spend time, and the common areas and room were both very clean. From the moment I arrived, the staff paid close attention to guests. I especially appreciated the warm welcome at reception and the polite, lovely service from the rest of the team. Breakfast was excellent too.

I was very happy with every part of my stay. Although I was there for a concert rather than a vacation, I got to enjoy the hotel as if I’d come to relax and get away from daily life. I needed an early morning taxi to the airport, and they arranged it simply, adding the charge to my incidentals bill. No worries or hassle. Our group stayed at Hotel Torretta in the first week of August 2024, with the concert in Montecatini Terme at the end of the week. We could rehearse in the ballroom with the piano, and they provided water, tea and coffee during rehearsals. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were included, and we could use the pool and gardens. Our rooms were tidied between breakfast and lunch, and bar staff brought coffee or drinks when we asked. The facilities are well maintained, and the staff were pleasant and accommodating.
