The location is great, right beside the town center on the main street leading to the plaza. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops, with a good kebab place just across from the hotel, yet it stays quiet and peaceful. There's a pool and a hotel restaurant with very good food. My mom and I stayed for a week on vacation, and I definitely recommend it. Our room was very nice and extremely clean, with a modern, remodeled bathroom. The owner and employees were so kind and welcoming, treating us like family and helping with anything we needed.

Mrs. Marisa and the whole team made a real effort to keep us comfortable and feeling looked after. The restaurant food was fresh, homemade, and delicious. Our room had everything we needed, and the bathroom was spectacular and very modern. The hotel felt like home while still offering all the usual comforts and services. It was a great base in Montecatini, with other restaurants, pizzerias, and gelaterias nearby and the train station about a five-minute walk away.

I was moved to a partner hotel just around the corner because of a double booking. I only needed somewhere to sleep and I'm not fussy, so that worked out fine. The single room was clean, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was still served at this hotel. They offered a free dinner, which I didn't take, and gave me a €20 discount at checkout as compensation. That seemed fair.

The pool has a nice sunbathing area, and the location is central, around five minutes from either train station. Breakfast was decent, about what I'd expect from a hotel of this standard. The room lighting could use attention: the chandeliers looked fancy, but only half the bulbs worked. An okay place to stay, with some good points and some things to improve.

4/10
Breakfast was okay if you got there first, since food wasn't brought to the serving table on time. The room had a smell, dirty walls, and wasn't very clean. One chandelier was broken with wires hanging down, and the wall lamps had no bulbs. The double bed was made up of two separate mattresses. The toilet seat wasn't secured, and there was mould on the ceiling.
