Everything we needed was close by: restaurants, a pharmacy, supermarkets, the station, and a park for families and kids. The location is very central. Staff were friendly, always available, and helped us with whatever we needed. They spoke fluent English and Italian. Breakfast and dinner are available too.

The room worked well enough, though it had obvious wear. Housekeeping kept it clean each day, which I appreciated, and the hotel itself was clean too. Service was uneven, especially when it came to getting in early and finding the bar open. The place has potential, but better upkeep and more consistent service would make it feel closer to a 4-star hotel.

The buffet breakfast was a real highlight, with plenty of choice and lovely barista coffee. The rooms were spacious, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was in excellent condition throughout. It has a warm, homely feel and sits just a short walk from the station, which made it easy to explore the region by train. The trains were very cheap and reliable. We really enjoyed our stay.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Montecatini's sights and activities are all within walking distance from Hotel Boston, which we really liked. Can't wait to come back!

We found the hotel staff great, and Montecatini is an excellent base. Pisa and Florence are nearby, and if you rent a car, the hotel is centrally placed north of Rome, with beautiful vineyards and thermal baths within reach. Highly recommend!
