Nice place and good service, but an air hammer started up outside my room at 7:00. Chiselling concrete at that hour in a hotel is unbelievable. I would have rated it much higher otherwise.

There was nobody at reception whenever we went to check. On top of that, staff chose to wash the floors at midnight, even though the rooms have no sound insulation. You hear everything from the corridor as if it's right beside your bed.

The rooms are spacious and the parking felt safe, which matters a lot to us. The hotel is very nice, but the Wi-Fi is so weak it can't connect more than two devices. That was a problem with the kids. The rooms could use a good refurbishment.

We wanted a quiet place outside the city, near the vulcano and surrounded by beautiful scenery. Instead, it turned out to be a Party-Hotel, with loud music and private parties every night. When we raised it, the lady at the desk couldn't find a solution and said it was normal because „its a public place“. By the end of the conversation she was shouting and totally overwhelmed. Check-in was disappointing too: nobody welcomed us or was there to check us in. After we waited, they spent the whole afternoon scanning our passports. Every hostel is more professional. We had to fight for a discount, and got 15% for the sleepless nights. Never again!

The pool is okay, maybe for 25-30 people, though it's not very big. There was some confusion over our sunbeds and umbrella reservation. We'd booked them, but at the front desk they said it was full and that they don't take reservations. Service could be better.
