Hotel Nautilus

The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere and is stylish and very well looked after. We were welcomed warmly, and dinner was delicious, especially the swordfish and prawns made by the owner’s mother. We’d love to come back to Hotel Nautilus.

We came from Argentina to Nicotera Marina to see the town where my father, Jose Di Giorgio, was born, and Tonino made us feel at home at Hotel Nautilus. Our room was lovely and comfortable, and breakfast came with delicious coffee and fruit juice. At dinner we enjoyed typical regional food, including swordfish, seafood and fresh fish, all prepared expertly. The town was beautiful, with lovely beaches and stunning sunsets. Thanks to Tonino and his staff for the hospitality and service. I hope to return, and I’d recommend the hotel.

The food was a real highlight, from the varied breakfast with fresh ingredients and the owner’s legendary homemade cakes to dinners full of authentic flavors and creative dishes. Mr. Tonino and his children helped make the dining room service attentive and prompt. The hotel’s location was handy for beaches, restaurants and attractions, but it was still quiet enough to relax. I spent a very relaxing summer holiday here and can’t wait to return. My room was bright, clean and tastefully furnished, with a comfortable bed that didn’t leave me with back pain, a modern bathroom and a garden view. The terrace was a lovely spot at sunset. The staff were warm and professional from the start, always smiling and ready to help, and the common areas were spotless. I found the quality high and the service better than I expected, so I’d recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and elegance. Hullo, Tonino and his tireless family!
