The food was so bad I wouldn’t even feed it to a dog. The bed sheets had human hair on them, and the towels were dirty. When we raised it with the staff, they didn’t apologize and acted like it was our fault. The rooms felt like prison cells, and it was freezing. The staff spoke English fluently but wouldn’t help us, leaving us to figure out how to turn on the heat ourselves. I’d never recommend this place unless you want to test yourself in a wannabe prison in the middle of nowhere. It would need to be torn down and rebuilt from scratch.

The beds had live bugs in them, and we had to kill some. How are you supposed to sleep like that? The room was filthy, with dirt all over the walls, and we were scared to touch anything. The cleaning was worse than my house after it had been shut up for a month. We were there for five nights, but cleaning didn’t happen until the third day, and even then it wasn’t decent. I suspect they only opened the windows and made the beds. There was a hole in the bathroom door, no mirror in the room, most of the plugs didn’t work, and there was just one bathroom for four women. Even though the “hotel” seemed to have nobody but us, they put us in a three-bedroom room, I guess to save time. The staff were nowhere to be found when we needed anything. It was so cold that if we hadn’t asked them to turn on the heating, we’d probably have frozen to death. I honestly don’t know how this place is still open. If you want a horror story, maybe catch some new disease, and test your limits, you might get through it...

There wasn’t even a mirror in the room, and it was freezing. The sheets were torn and covered in human hair. Worst, dirtiest hotel ever.

The food they served us was like dog food. It was also very cold and dirty, and half the utilities didn’t work.

Avoid this place. It was a terrible experience.
