We were nine young people staying from December 31st to January 2nd to celebrate New Year’s Eve, and the apartment suited us perfectly. The owner welcomed us, showed us around, and surprised us with a bottle of sparkling wine, which we really appreciated. Having a bathroom in every room was a big plus, and the location made it easy to get around.

The kitchen is roomy and well equipped, and the whole place, inside and out, is pleasant and carefully maintained. Il Ciottone has four bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room, with a bathroom for each, so it works well for groups or families. It was exceptionally clean. The central location is easy to reach and handy for exploring Umbria.

Giuseppina and her husband were so helpful, and such lovely people. They left chocolates for us when we arrived and gave us a bottle of sparkling wine for New Year’s Eve. The apartment was clean and well cared for, with spacious rooms, and felt new and welcoming. We stayed two nights over New Year’s Eve, six adults and four children. The location is convenient for visiting Assisi, Spello, and Foligno. I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful week at Il Ciottone. The hosts were kind and always available, and everything was clean and tidy. The rooms had tasteful decor and new furniture. We’d gladly recommend the place and will definitely return.

Spotless rooms and excellent hospitality. The managers are down-to-earth and show great respect for their guests, with real attention to detail. It’s a beautiful place for all kinds of holidays, whether you’re travelling alone or with children. Highly recommended 👍
