This place deserves ten stars if that were possible. It was truly clean, and breakfast was simple but excellent. Mrs. Giuliana's dessert was lovely, too. A great base for anyone touring Umbria. 💪💪💪

We had a really pleasant stay and enjoyed the many comforts that made for a relaxing holiday. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well cared for, and the hospitality and courtesy were excellent. Thank you, Giuliana.

Giuliana's cakes made me feel at home and looked after. The welcome was warm, everything was very clean, and the location works well for visiting Umbria.

Out in the quiet, green countryside near Nocera Umbra, this is a rustic farmhouse with lots of peace around it. Mrs. Giuliana's hospitality was lovely, and breakfast included fantastic homemade desserts, savory choices, and fruit. 👍

Such a storybook place to get away from the crowds and enjoy some peace and quiet. Mrs. Giuliana is wonderful, and so are her homemade cakes!
