The kitchen didn’t even have the basics, and neither the oven nor the Wi-Fi worked. The bathroom was forgettable, and the shower curtain stopped short of the floor, so water got out and flooded the bathroom. I had a bad stay and don’t think I’ll come back. Maybe we were just unlucky, and the other apartments are better equipped.

We were welcomed with a delicious dinner, and it’s been a fantastic stay. We’re in the four-person apartment, which is clean and has everything we need. Stefano takes care of every request with real attention, and the outdoor area is beautifully maintained. The pool stands out for its size and cleanliness. We’re writing this just before leaving, with three days still to go, and it’s already a shame we’ll have to go. I’d highly recommend staying here to relax away from the bustle.

We stayed in the accessible apartment, which was spotless and had good equipment, a spacious bathroom of its own and a step-free entrance. It’s a little basic, but fully equipped. There’s no TV or Wi-Fi, though that’s fine if you come here to unwind. The owners are very available and ready to help with whatever you need. The farmhouse is just outside Nocera Umbra, surrounded by nature and very peaceful. The grounds are beautifully kept, and you can spot cows and sheep. Recommended if you want to recharge and reconnect with nature. Even just seeing the frozen sky at night makes a difference.

I’m still staying here as I write this. The family-run agriturismo is well equipped and surrounded by greenery, and I picked it as a base for an alternative trip around Umbria’s most enchanting spots. The apartments are spacious and cool, with a calm atmosphere that makes it easy to relax. On hot afternoons, the clean pool is a great option. Romina and Stefano are both gems, so helpful and friendly.
