B&B Le Bianche

What made our stay at Le Bianche special was the family who runs it. They’re wonderful people who went out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for. The property and rooms were beautiful, peaceful, and spotlessly clean, and the food was delicious. Their warmth made the stay unforgettable.

The family running the place were generous and lovely, and made breakfast each morning feel special with good food and friendly conversation. The rooms were gorgeous and very clean, and we really appreciated the beautifully made pool on those hot days. Everything felt peaceful and beautiful. Even though I speak English, communicating with the staff was easy. One tip for arrival: call the owner directly, since you enter through a brown gate that needs to be opened. I’d definitely stay again when I’m back in Noci.

We spent six nights here as a family and loved it. The grounds are peaceful and comfortable, and the pool is beautiful. Silvano and his family were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and he shared food from his garden with us. The location just outside noci worked well as a central base. Most of the lovely beaches and towns around Puglia are a short drive away, while some great spots can take up to about 40 minutes. I highly recommend this B&B, and we’ll stay here again when we return to the area.

We spent seven nights at B&B Le Bianche, and having a basic grasp of Italian while Silvano’s family knew some English made for fun conversations and a chance to pick up words and cultural details. The language barrier didn’t get in the way, and we enjoyed being out of our comfort zone. Gianmarco, Silvano’s eldest son, was cheerful and helpful, with personal tips about the area. He suggested a beach spot and even lent us his beach chair and umbrella for the day. The family is friendly and easy to talk to, and all you need to do is ask if you need something. The villa is spacious and very well kept inside and out. Our room was clean and roomy enough, and it was quiet enough to relax by the pool or sleep well. There are outdoor tables for breakfast, a large pool with sunbeds, and private secure parking. Breakfast had a good mix of sweet and savory choices, including homemade focaccia, artisanal cheeses, boiled eggs, pastries, fruit, yogurt, cakes, and espresso or cappuccino made to order. It’s about 15 minutes from Alberobello and 40-50 minutes from Bari, Monopoli, Polignano Mare, Matera, and Ostuni. You’ll need a car to explore the area or reach local food shops, about five minutes away by car.
