Mrs. Mara was impeccable and extremely kind. This is a well-kept, clean, modern, and practical B&B, with a lovely balcony view over the little square. The Turkish bath and hot tub both worked, and using them was a great experience. The room for two was stunning and delightful, with an impressive antique spiral staircase. Natural light and bulbs illuminate the staircase and rooms. They provide a coffee maker and pods, a complimentary refrigerator, and shower gel. One thing needs fixing: on Sunday, morning light came through the curtains and woke us at seven. Thank you, and see you next time ❤️

The property is in a quiet area with a convenient location. The suite was spotless, new, and packed with comforts. The fridge had assorted drinks included in the price, plus plenty of coffee pods and herbal teas. It was equipped with all the amenities, including a very good hairdryer with a diffuser. What impressed us most was how kind and helpful Mara was. The owner was extremely courteous and ready to answer any questions or concerns.

The location, service, and cleanliness were excellent, and you couldn't miss that fresh, clean smell. Mrs. Mara welcomed us so warmly and kindly that we felt more at home than ever. She was thorough and incredibly helpful, even late at night, and did her best to meet every need. A must-try. We'll definitely be back!

The stairs were the biggest problem for us. The bedroom and its private bathroom are both very low, and that bathroom has no shower or bidet. To get to the living room and kitchen, then the bathroom with a shower, you have to go down around 18 steps, mostly on a tight, awkward spiral staircase. The website mentioned stairs, but we assumed it meant the entrance steps. I wouldn't recommend this place for families with small children. It might suit a couple, but with young kids it felt uncomfortable and unsafe. I also don't agree with the glowing claims about the central location. In Alberobello, at the same price and right in the historic center, we found places that felt much more welcoming and comfortable. The lady who greeted us was very kind, but put her bag on the counter beside the induction stove as soon as we walked in. When we were unsure about the stairs, she took my son by the hand to show us how easy they were to use, and nearly caused him to fall. To clarify the response: for the early check-in, we weren't refunded the full remaining price, only part of it. One of the lady's sons also called us back and spoke rudely, saying we weren't the owners of her house. We have the phone recording, and I'm leaving out the more serious details of the incident. Please accept that people may criticize your property when they don't share your idea of perfection. After my review, the VERY KIND Mrs. Mara even contacted my husband and called him a beggar. We come from a tourist area, have worked in hospitality, and travel a lot. In my opinion, you still have plenty to learn about hospitality, guest relations, and dealing with unexpected situations. Reviews are SUBJECTIVE and PERSONAL, and to me you're nowhere near the "perfection" you've repeatedly claimed. Have a good day.
