Hotel Belsito

We loved this hotel and everyone who works there. It’s centrally located, close to everything, and the property is clean and comfortable. The breakfast room feels elegant, with a good range of items and a coffee bar. There’s also a great pool with lounge chairs, making it a perfect spot in Nola. Gianni, the manager, really stands out. He takes time to talk with guests and check that they’re happy and have what they need. He speaks 3 languages and is always in a great mood. Grazie Gianni, you ae the top in customer service.

This was my 5th time staying here, and I absolutely love the hospitality. The staff are welcoming and helpful, the rooms are clean, the food is good, and there’s a swimming pool. It works perfectly for me, so I’d stay again and again.

We’re here on a group trip, and I don’t think I’d recommend this place. The beds are uncomfortable, they shift around and make noise, and there’s no consideration for a double bed. The trash can was dirty, which made it seem like the room hadn’t really been cleaned. There’s also a dog in the next room that barks now and then.

It’s a shame, because the hotel is otherwise okay. I left some money in my room and was robbed. Only staff can enter the room, but they kept saying they hadn’t taken it.
