The location is handy, though being beside a busy road means you hear traffic outside. Inside, the room was clean and the pool area was pleasant. The shower never got hot, and the thin walls let us hear what was happening in neighboring rooms. Breakfast felt very basic for a four-star hotel, and there was no complimentary water or coffee maker in the room.

Vincint took time to speak with us in English and made sure our needs were met. I also want to ask the owners to keep the pool available to hotel guests until 4:00 pm when an event is taking place and outside visitors are staying at the hotel.

The food was a real highlight, especially the tasty local dishes Giuliano served. He made me feel welcome and looked after, and I’m grateful to the Chef as well. The room was roomy and comfortable, with excellent amenities, and the staff were friendly and professional. Vincenzo at reception deserves a special thank you for his professionalism. It felt like a place I could call home. Grazie mille to everyone, I’d definitely recommend it.

The pool at night was a lovely surprise, lit up beneath the stars and making an evening swim feel like a little escape. During the day, the rooms were a comfortable place to recharge after exploring, with the comforts I needed. Hotel I Gigli also made a strong impression at dinner: the food looked beautiful and tasted just as good, and the chefs clearly put care into it. From the first welcome, the staff were attentive and warm, with a family feel. It’s a small resort-like retreat in Nola Napoli, mixing Neapolitan warmth with modern elegance. I’d recommend it for a memorable stay.

We were a group of 51, and check-in was quick because everything was prepared. The young man at the front desk, Vincent, spoke excellent English and gave us a very warm welcome. Our rooms were clean and pleasant, and the surroundings had a cozy feel. We enjoyed both the evening meal and breakfast. I’ve now visited the hotel three times with a large group.
