The breakfast was very limited and not fresh, with frozen waffles and pancakes thawed out. The junior suite was advertised on hotels.com as 646 sq ft, but it turned out to be over 200 sq ft smaller. When I raised that, the staff became hostile. The neighborhood felt remote and far from the city center, and getting around meant taking a significant number of steps or climbing uphill, so the location may not work for you. The staff, particularly David, was very rude and lost his cool. Beware of this hotel. They're not customer friendly, and the information they advertise is wrong. Do NOT stay here.

The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and the historical areas were only a 10-15 minute walk away. Staff were really friendly and helpful, giving us maps and tips for getting around. We stayed at the Divina Luxury Hotel for four nights. Our room was spacious and very clean, towels were changed daily, and they provided slippers and a safe. The complimentary breakfast was the one letdown: basic, not very fresh, and the eggs and other protein items weren't always refilled promptly. Everything else was lovely, and we'd consider staying again.

Several main tourist spots are about a 10-minute walk away. The hotel was great, and all the staff were lovely. Special mention to Mario, who was very friendly and helpful.

Many important sites are an easy walk away. The place was comfortable, clean, quiet, and luxurious, with friendly, professional staff. Breakfast and the bar were very good too.

Our terrace had a heavenly view. The place was absolutely beautiful, and the staff were great. Great restaurants, the Spanish Steps, and other attractions are all within walking distance.
