The hosts were very friendly during our stay at this B&B in Rome from May 16, 2013, to May 24, 2013. Each of the apartment’s four rooms had Wi-Fi, a refrigerator, toilet, shower, desk, large double bed, two nightstands, TV, and wardrobe. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Tiburtina Station, or you can ride bus 409 for 2 stops. Bus 545 goes back to Tiburtina in 4 stops. The stop toward Tiburtina is right by the building, a 5-minute walk from the Auchan Hotel. You can pick up groceries, salads, and fruit there. There’s also a small restaurant called Landuja nearby. We ate there several times and found the food delicious and very high quality. A good dinner for two with wine costs 20-25 euros. We came away with a very positive impression. The location is pretty good, and Alessandra, the owner of the hotel, is a very nice and understanding woman.

It’s expensive for what you get, with no comfort at all and not even the facilities to make breakfast. It’s also far from the city center.
