Francesco was helpful in plenty of ways, and the rooms and bathrooms were clean and a decent size. Just keep in mind that this isn’t a luxury hotel or apartment. There are only a few rooms with private showers on the building’s fourth floor. The Colosseum is just a few minutes away on foot, which is a great location. There was a sort of old smell in the shared area as you enter the complex, and the bathroom had a fragrance device, probably to cover any smells. Rome was extremely crowded during this visit, with intense sunshine and crazy hot temperatures.

Room 4 has a kitchenette and works well for two people. There aren’t receptionists on site, just key holders who move between places, but they give you a key that opens all the doors, so it wasn’t a problem for us. Breakfast could use some improvement. We had no hot water on the first day; after we messaged, someone came to fix it, but the water was only warm afterward, never hot.

Such kind people, and the price was good too. It’s central enough that you can walk until your feet are sore. Head one way when you step outside and you’re at the Colosseum in about five minutes. The other direction takes you away from it. The station is also walkable if you’re carrying a backpack.

Only three rooms, very close to the Colosseum, and the staff were so friendly. A lovely place to stay. I’d recommend it, and I’ll come back next time. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The beds and bathroom were dirty, the place smelled awful, and there was a cockroach on the floor. The entrance door was broken. My employer booked it, but after ten minutes inside I booked another apartment and left because I felt like throwing up. Awful.
